Allow me to introduce myself a little bit…

I married my high school sweetheart and we have one wonderful child together. I am #obsessed with oat milk lattes - and honestly any kind of coffee. 

I have a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience (what a mouthful) and in Nursing. I used my nursing degree and worked in a Trauma/Neuro Intensive Care Unit for over five years.

It wasn’t until I was pregnant and then postpartum that I started to get really interested in birthwork! I had a tough time postpartum and realized how little support there really is for us mamas. Safe to say it made me realize what my calling was - to change that lack of support! We deserve to feel held, heard and seen during pregnancy, birth & postpartum.
