Join us at The Golden Loft Studio following a Pelvic Floor and Pilates class taught by Karissa Bollinger [Women's health professional, Certified Exercise Physiologist, and Birth Doula]. During this time we will nurture connection and community with other mamas through sharing our motherhood experiences and questions in a safe space . Come be surrounded by other mamas who understand exactly what you are going through and can truly hold the space to allow you to share without shame or judgment and celebrate the wins.
